Destinations and order processing
We ship to United States. Orders are dispatched within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Please check that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing an order.
Delivery estimates and charges
Standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and can be affected by carrier conditions. Standard shipping within the United States is free (USD $0), with no minimum order amount. There is no standard delivery charge at checkout.
Tracking your order
When your parcel is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used for the order. Allow time for the carrier to register its first scan.
Delayed or missing deliveries
If we cannot dispatch within the promised time, we will notify you of the revised dispatch date and ask whether you agree to wait or prefer cancellation with a prompt refund. If the required consent to a delay is not obtained, we will cancel the affected unshipped items and promptly refund any payment collected. If a dispatched parcel appears delayed or missing, email service@BUHELOR.com with your order number so we can investigate.
Delivery problems
For damaged packaging, incorrect items or missing contents, keep the packaging and send your order number and photographs to service@BUHELOR.com. See Returns & refunds for further help.
Track your shipment online
Enter the tracking number from your dispatch email on 17TRACK to view carrier updates. Allow time for the carrier to register its first scan. If you need help with tracking, contact service@buhelor.com with your order number.
